EI-OT ESP8266 dual RS232 Modul Zusammenbau Assembling

Das EI-OT dual RS232 WLan Bridge Modul ist bereits mit SMD Komponenten wie

• AMS1117 3,3V Spannungskonverter nebst Kondensatoren
• Widerständen
• UT3232 RS232 UART Konverter sowie Kondensatoren
• Taster zur Benutzereingabe
• Status LED

bestückt.

Zur Inbetriebnahme müssen lediglich, nachfolgende Komponenten wie in nebenstehender Grafik dargestellt bestückt / verlötet werden.

Die Bestückung des dual RS232 WLan Bridge Moduls Schritt für Schritt:

1. Platziere den 2×5 Pin Stecksockel auf ESP-01+ und verlöte die Pins auf der Rückseite
2. Platziere die 2 x 3-poligen Pinleisten (schwarz) auf PH1
3. Platziere die 7-polige Pinleiste (grün) auf H2 und verlöte die Pins auf der Rückseite
4. Platziere die 5-polige gewinkelt Pinleiste und verlöte die Pins auf der Rückseite
5. Platziere die DB9 Anschlussbuchse auf DB9 Female und verlöte die Pins auf der Rückseite

Das EI-OT dual RS232 WLan Bridge Modul ist fertig bestückt.

The EI-OT dual RS232 WiFi Bridge Module is already equipped with SMD components such as

• AMS1117 3.3V Voltage Converter and capacitors
• Resistors
• UT3232 RS232 UART Converter
• User Button
• Status LED

For completion, the following components simply need to be assembled.

The assembly of the EI-OT dual RS232 WiFi Bridge Module step by step:

1. Place the 2×5 pin socket on top side and solder the pins on the bottom side
2. Place the 2 x 3-pin header (black) on PH1 and solder the pins on the bottom side
3. Place the 7-pin  header (green) on H2 and solder the pins on the bottom side
4. Place the 90° 5-pin  90° Pin Header  on top side  and solder the pins on the bottom side

The basic assembling of the EI-OT dual RS232 WiFi Bridge Module is finished.
