PCF8574 Input Trigger Modul am 8 Kanal Relais Modul anschliessen

Bevor das PCF8574 Input Trigger Modul mit dem 8 Kanal Relais kombiniert wird,

muss das PCF8574 Input Trigger Modul fertiggestellt sein, sowie die I2C Adresse entsprechend konfiguriert sein Verwende nicht I2C Adresse 0x39, im nebenstehender Darstellung der Jumper wurde die nächstfolgende, frei I2C Adresse 0x3A verwendet.

sollte die Verbindung zu den Tastern / Eingangssignale IN1 bis IN8 hergestellt sein

muss das 8 Kanal Relais PRO Modul fertig bestückt sein

1. Platziere die 5-polige, 1-reihige Steckleiste auf J2 auf der Oberseite der 8 Kanal Relais Modul PRO Platine und verlöte die Pins auf der Rückseite
2. Führe den Hex- Abstandsbolzen von der Vorderseite der 8 Kanal Relais Modul PRO Platine durch und verschraube den Abstandsbolzen mit der M3 Mutter
3. Stecke die 5-polige Pinleiste des PCF8574 Trigger Moduls auf die 5-polige Buchse des 8 Kanal Relais PRO Moduls
4. Verschraube mittels der M3 Schraube das PCF8574 Input Trigger Modul und das 8 Kanal Relais PRO Modul

Abschliessend muss lediglich das 8 Kanal PRO Relais Modul auf die Standard Relais Modul Platine aufgesteckt werden.

Before starting assembling PCF8574 Input Trigger Module and 8 Channel Relays Module PRO

PCF8574 Input Module should be assembled, also I2C Address of PCF8574 should be configured .Don’t use 0x39 as I2C address, for example use I2C address 0x3A as showed in picture.

buttons for input signals should be connected to IN1 – IN8

8 Channel Relays PRO Module must be assembled

1. Put the 5-pole 1-row socket on J2 of top side of the 8 Channel Relays Module PRO PCB and solder the 5 Pins on bottom side
2. Put the  Hex Standoff on top side of the 8 Channel PRO Relays Module Board and screw it from back side
3. Put the 5-pole Pinheader of the PCF8574 Input Trigger Module on J2 socket of the 8 Channel Relays Module PRO
4. Screw PCF8574 Input Trigger Module and 8 Channel PRO Relays Module together

Finally the 8 Channel Relays PRO Module must be connected to 8 Channel Standard Relay Module.
